Exclamation Advice on decision

Hello all I just wanted to no your opinion on this matter. So I am currently dropped about 24.5 all around. I have been scrapping the hell out of my fsport exhaust because in ma lately there has been so many road work and that means so many dips that sometimes I don't see at night until its too late. I recently checked my y pipe and it was shaved pretty bad from scraping. Do you guys think I should weld a metal piece onto my f sport y pipe exhaust to try and reduce the shaving

Well, it's a good idea...but it won't prevent major bumps, just scraps. I too have been dealing with crappy HWY construction lately on my daily commute. Their lame attempt at blending the unfinished portions and finished portions of the roadway are laughable at best. I have to slow from the 55mph speed limit to 40 to just not hear the front left tire rub the wheel liner and to save my alignment and wheels/tires. BOO SCDOT! I too am lowered to 24.5" all around on BCRs...so I feel your pain. But I'm still sitting on the stock exhaust.
