Sorry bit of a noob here, but I recently damaged my front end bumper and was wondering whether I should replace or repair it. Definitely chipped some paint and has a crack on the fender it looks like.

EDIT: on closer inspection, the bumper only has some chip in the paint, looks like it's the fender that needs to be fixed. So I guess my question now is, where/how am I going to be able to do a repair on a budget. I'd call the local auto repair shop but they're closed for the day already.
