Default 2006 Headlight Help

In a time pinch and on my phone so I didn't search as much as I probably should have - so if this is a repeat question, I'm sorry!

I have an 06' IS250 .... I hit a turkey the other day and cracked the back of the headlight housing, insurance will pick up the tab so I was hoping to get the 2012 headlights with the LED strips - here are my questions:

Will this kit 100% easy plug and play? .... If I get the "loaded" version will this provided housings with HID bulbs and ballasts to run them (one of mine is toast from water getting into the housing after the hit).
http://is.sewellparts.com/accessorie...2006/2400.html

If this kit will not provide 100% easy plug and play (only way the dealer will do it) is there a kit out there that does have a plug and play option with HID bulbs?

Thanks for any replies and sorry again about the search, sitting in the dealer's waiting room without a PC.

Some one correct me if I'm wrong but I beleive the "loaded" version from Sewel is a plug and play kit. However keep in mind that that keeps the L.E.D's running at 100% intensity even with the headlights on.

Brightness is fine to me, I was just hoping the install was plug-n-play since the local dealer (not sewell) said they won't jerry-rig my wiring, they'll replace the lights but only if it is "stock" to them.

The Sewell kit is plug and play. I have the loaded kit installed on my car.

.... sounds like the dealship is cool with it as long as insurance clears the claim. Fingers crossed, since the headlight went out I've been pulled over 17 times in the last 3 weeks.
