Default 2008 IS250 Thermostat Nut Torque Spec

I am changinging my coolant thermostat on my 2008 IS250 and need to know the torque specification for the three 12mm (I believe) nuts that hold this thermostat/inlet assembly (part 16031-31020) to the engine. I was surprised that the thermostat was not a separate part, but comes pre-installed in the hose inlet. Anyway I was hoping one of the members who works at a Lexus dealer would have access to the torque spec.
Thanks!!

Old post but I just spent over an hour trying to find the torque spec for the thermostat housing. Holy Sh.. I can't believe how hard it is to find torque specs for this car. Anyway, here it is:

Install a NEW gasket and the water inlet with thermostat with the 3 nuts.

Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf.cm, 7 ft.lbf)
