Help Finding Bulb size and yes I searched

I guess im just not sure what exactly is the name for this bulb, I want to change the bulb that lights up the pedals and passenger feet. Can that even be changed?

I would just take the bulb out to figure out what kind of bulb it is and then replace it. Typically any bulb is replaceable.

footwell lighting. I plan on doing that same DIY to change mine to blue
