Default Horizontal AFS Calibration?

I apologize if there are posts on this, but I did search for a bit before giving up. I swapped out my HIDs for 5000k bulbs and moved the AFS housing a little on each bulb (I felt a motor being moved). Now, I'm (maybe paranoid) noticing minimal movement (if any) when rounding turns that I normally would see the bulbs turn. Is there a normal resting position that the projectors need to be in? I tried to put them "in the middle" of their range of motion -- which isn't too much of a range to begin with. Has anyone experienced this before, and can someone help?

Thanks in advance!!
