smg is especially harder to match. Most likely the painter will have to paint the hood and driver door to blend it in.

 

They don't have painted fenders.

 

You shouldn't order a fender painted from Sewell in SGM even if you could. As ibidu1 said, this is a really hard color to match. If it was a lip kit, it would probably be fine, but you need the blending for a fender to match with the rest of the car.

 

So I just got quoted for $886 from a shop. This is for installing the fender (which I am supplying) and painting. Seems like a really high price...what do you guys think? I also called SDCS and they said they were too busy to get me an estimate. Not a very good first impression for me....

 

So Lexy is fixed and looking amazing! I got it done at Platinum Auto Sports in San Diego. Paint match is absolutely perfect and they even went and wetsanded the whole car for me for free. Great people here! Highly recommend them to anyone!!
