Any idea on how many miles you drove?

how low an idle are we talking about? Mine is around 500 rpm

I feel like the steering wheel vibrates a bit more than before I took it in but could be just me imagining things...

I've had the cam gear recall done, and had zero change to my vehicle's idle or performance in general. Still drops down to ~600rpms @ warm idle.

There should not be a low idle after the recall. If they unplugged the battery, there is a chance carbon build up on the throttle plate it causing it. Sounds like they tried to address that.

Having not looked at the car, with the a/c and headlights on causing the issue, it sounds like either a weak battery or a low charging alternator.

How many miles have you gone since you had it done?

I'm having the same issue. Seems a lot lower than before. Also my mileage seems to be affected. My miles approx has always been right on, and now seems to be losing about 20 miles per tank, are you having the issue as well?

I am getting lower gas mileage but I'm aware that this could happen after some work has been done. On my 2nd tank now, and it's slowly getting better.

After the recall, everything in my car is normal (mileage is fine; car idles around 600 RPM). Today I notice low idle on my car :/ I was at a stop, then I suddenly feel the car shake; I look at the tachometer and it shows slightly lower than 500 RPM -- it goes up a little then go back down to 500 RPM while the car shakes. It only happened once and didn't happen again at the next stop ... Not sure if it's related to the recall though.

That really makes no sense. Why would a car need to learn to idle?

Was your head light and ac off, I wish more people would call and complain so we can get to the bottom of this
