I am looking at getting a new set of 225/35/19 and 255/35/19 Michelin's or 235/35/19 and 255/35/19 Bridgestone's. I was getting ready to buy a set of the Michelin's from Onlinetires.com for $965 shipped which is a pretty obvious choice until I started looking into the company and how many bad complains they have. Now I'm trying to decide if I should get the Michelin's that are going to cost $1405 installed with a lifetime alignment or the Bridgestone's that are going to be $1354 installed with a lifetime alignment. Michelin's are going to be from Discount Tire Direct and the Bridgestone's would be from the local Firestone. Are the Michelin's worth the extra $50 or is the Bridgestone just as good?

From doing a lot of reading, the Michelins seem to come out on top in every category except some wet performance (braking).

They're both fantastic tires, I loved the S-03 PP's. I find I usually don't care for Michelins cosmetically as much, but from reading reviews, I think the Super Sports are supposed to be amazing.

I've only driven their predecessors though (S-03, PS2), so I can't comment directly on these newest offerings, just what I've read.
