The thing is, he has an SGM, and not too many colors look good on an SGM. Gotta be super picky about it. Either you go some outrageously loud color, like pink, tiffany blue, or something else, or you get a dark but loud/bright color, like the purple I mentioned. Idk. I've been tossing around the idea of changing the wheel color on my SGM, but it's hard picking a good color that'll come out right. Someone said it earlier, I might just do a mag blue or a hyper gunmetal with metallic flakes.

If you want to keep it classy yet simple(not my taste) then I'll agree with hyper silver but if you want to make it standout then I would do one of the colors I suggested or mentioned above.

Want to keep it classy?

Porsche macadamia brown

BMW Sepang bronze

House of Kolor Cocoa Pearl

Something a little more 'gold'-ish

Porsche Hermst Brown

the reason i wouldn't go with any other color on this color of IS is because it either looks cheap, or stock. Just google 'sgm lexus rims' and you'll see what i mean.

Silver & charcoal looks almost stock
Gold looks like ****
Bronze is 'better' but looks horrid on the 5axis flat black IS

IMO, my color choices are best in this thread, can't **** with OEM paint on expensive cars that actually ACCENT your car instead of retract attention from details to gaudy wheels

I think they would look good with a chrome face honestly. Chrome face with a polished lip is a very classy combo.

hey man. i have these same wheels and i am going to do something similar. Do you know the torque specs on putting them back together?. Volk will not give them out..also can u give me a little insight to taking them apart. i realize it isnt hard but the more i know the better on taking them apart and putting together. i plan to just work in a crisscross pattern taking the studs out and then the same putting back in with a little bit of blue loc tite on each stud.. thanks

Since your car is grey, something with gold tint would look good like the zenith gold in your colour reference link
