Sticker/Film behind the Rear Door?

Has anyone removed the film behind the rear doors? I was washing my car and soap and water seeped behind there and it made me think....., Couldnt I just pull it off?

It is the clear sticker on the lower part of the rear door jam...

It's just a clear bra material. It's to protect from debris. You dont need it.

You are correct, it protects the panel fron debris shot out of the front wheel. However, I would prefer to leave it as lexus put it there for a reason.
