Looks good. But question, what are you trying to go for? tuner or vip? reason for asking, cause of the knots with the wheel setup you have. and majority here in hawaii go for the vip over tuner

Looks really nice. What's the alignment? I just got 18x8.5's with +35 because I didn't want to do fender rolling. If the camber was 0% i woulda had a flush fitment but the mechanic suggested -2% which puts the wheels in a bit at the top, Maybe you can avoid the rub if you get -2% but to compensate for the inside tire wear, he adjusted the toe to point in slightly at the front of the wheels so the wear turn out to be fairly even.

How do you not rub? Im running 18x9.5 +20 all the way around on stock tires too and Im rubbing everywhere. I cut the tabs and shaved the fenders and still rub. Im not even lowered yet haha

Looks good! I almost got those.

ASPLS430- It's all about working the fenders, liners tabs etc. I am running 18x9.5 F and18X10.5 R +22 I only rub in the rear on one side if I hit a good sized dip at speed. I shaved the front tabs, heated liner back, rolled and pulled fenders, and shaved rear tabs. I am dropped on megan ez and amd running 224/40 up front and 255/40 in the rear. Where are you rubbing? With no drop, you also have no negative camber which may be causing some issues depending on where you are rubbing but I dont see that being an issue unless you hit a huge dip.

Is your car AWD or RWD?

What size tires? 225/40R18 front...and 255/40R18 rears?

I have 2009 IS250 AWD on H&R.....deciding whether to go 8.75 all around or stagger....and after seeing your post, definitely going for +35 instead haha
