Default Two Tone Interior?

Hey CL, i called an uphostlry shop today to look into getting my driver seat redone where you get in and out of the car, its not bad, but im very particular. Now im thinking about just doing a two tone theme. I have a SGM with Cashmire interior. I was thinking about doing all of the leather, that is not prefferated, in black. What do you guys think? ya or na?

I have the 2 toned interior cashmere/sandy pebble beige with light black?

Looks good even though I really wanted all black, I'm happy they made the carpets black at least =)

Did it come that way or did you have someone do it? I just want to do the front and rear seats

^ 2009-2010 comes like that.

I don't think it's cashmere, it's ecru, lighter.

If they offered black for my color, I would have gotten it in a heartbeat.

i actually love the black/sterling color combo that was offered. however if your going to go with a custom interior, i think you should spring for something much more custom, like a black and red interior or something that isnt offered stock

I think it would be a nice combo. I Love the all black interior though. At night it looks like the car has tints.

i like the two tone interior, despite it probably being more of a hassle to clean with the lighter color getting the brunt of the use (sitting, getting in and out, etc.). personally two tone and a darker colored wood trim would look tremendous!

Not really feeling the two tone cashmere, maybe if the leathers were a different color then cashmere.

I would just replace the worn out seat bolster. Or maybe just buy a used very low mileage seat from this board or salvage yards. Im sure you can find a used seat for 150-300 bucks. Or you could possibly buy the replacement leather from the dealer.

In the 09+ light gray interior, the armrest and door leather is also black adding to the two-tone effect. I have had no problems keeping the light gray leather clean, and the carpets are black so no problems there either.

I had the exact thing done that you want done. I had the sides of the front and rear seats along with the door panel inserts, headliner, shift boot, and pillars done in red suede. I had posted in the show your interior thread before. It came out real nice and am super happy with the work.

Hey Brain, I thought you traded your car in for the Mustang GT? You keep the Is and bought the Mustang?
