if you want a NOTICEABLE PULL then trade this in for an F, other then that, dont expect any real gains.

Intake- 0-5 hp (Joe Z will be the best bang/buck currently, $125 for 5 hp)

Exhaust- 7-10 hp (7 hp for the legal ones, ~10 hp for the illegal ones that remove the rear cats- pricing ranges from $600-1500 for the commercial brands, $200-300 for the cheap chinese ebay knockoffs.)

Headers- PPE is your only decent option here... $600-1000 installed depending on coating and whatnot, gains are ~10-16 hp depending whose dyno you go by.

And that's about it unless you want to run nitrous or drop most of the cost of trading up to an F on a supercharger that won't add nearly as much hp as going to the F.

Suspension wise I highly recommend the F-sport sway bars as your first mod, easily the most noticeable improvement you can make.

I disagree, yes if he wants it to run like his Cobra... then he wants an ISF. But for a DD the IS350 is plenty for 98% of folks.. My bolt ons were noticeable to me... still not an ISF/Cobra but certainly makes a differance when pulling on a stock 335I or G37.

The IS350 is not targeted or priced at an M3, and while is probably priced the same as a 2003 Corba was new, I'm sure the op will tell you it is on a whole 'nother level (other than brute power) than a '03 Cobra..

Still would like a 2014 ISF or GSF though..

What bolt ons do you feel were noticeable?

because generally none add enough to make any perceptible difference at all other than making the car louder (which admittedly many confuse with faster)

Now, if you did the headers and exhaust and intake all at once, yeah, you'd probably notice that since it'd add up to perhaps a 10% power jump... but any individual item on there? not enough you could honestly tell the difference but for the extra noise.

And a stock IS350 is quicker than a G37, no need for mods there.

Don't bother with 335s though, a chip reflash alone and they're putting down >IS-F numbers... (on the 3 days a month they're actually running properly )

I don't really plan on making the 350 fast. Im really just looking for a few simple bolt ons. The Cobra has a 2.2l kb with supporting mods. It's bored .020 over w/cp pistons and arp head studs. It makes 600/580 on boost and 707/772 on gas. Last time out it went 10.43 @134, that's through a stock 6 speed off the bottle. I'm gonna try and get the 350 to my local 1/8 mile track this week. Looking to run some 8.70's-8.80's and then go from there!

Welcome to club Lexus. If you're interested I have a set of used Tanabe springs coming in this week that I purchased off another member and decided to go with coil overs instead. I'm in Raleigh by the way.

You have a Cobra, don't put a dime into adding power to the IS. It's not worth it. This car doesn't respond to mods like other cars (Cobra, 335i, STi, Evo, etc). Put some rims on, lower it and cruise around in style.

Shoot me a pm on some info and a price about them if you would please. Does anyone have a direct link to the JOEZ intake BTW? I saw one on a customer car today and it looked pretty good!
