Default Need Help...really confused.

Ok so here is my problem about 2months ago my car threw a code it's saying my mass air flow sensor is bad and the screen is saying check VSC and my traction control is always off. I called the tech (Tim) at Larry h miller Lexus of Spokan he said since the 2is has been he's never had one go out and to check it see if something is caught in it so I got Some MAFS cleaner didn't work I reset the car it works for about 10mins then the code comes back. So hear is what confuses me some times it just turns off and says its fine then maybe it will turn on a day later or if i go WOT a few times. Has anyone had this problem?????

Can't answer the specific question on what's driving it, but I will point out that you shouldn't be concerned about the Check VSC light. Anytime the car throws a CEL, it will automatically turn off VSC, which causes the Check VSC light to come on. So there's likely no problem with your VSC, it's just a byproduct of the CEL code.
