Sewell has yet to disappoint me and I doubt they ever will.

-windshield weather stripping
-many random plastic caps, plugs, fasteners
-air filters
-oil filters
-cabin filters
-f-sport shift ****
-lower grill mesh
-color matched grill surround
-f-sport intake box (not the intake)
My list keeps going but you get the point. All was packaged and in mint condition.

One more for Sewell. Placed an order with them about 2 months ago with no problems at all.

I've ordered from them once and it was smooth with no problems at all. They even replied to my e-mail message right away (although I've heard from others on here that they don't always reply and you have to keep bugging them until you get a reply eventually, which does seem annoying when shopping online... has yet to happen to me though). It's nice they offer prices lower than the dealerships.

I, too, love them. Last order I made with them was on a Thursday around 4pm. I had the part (shift ****) delivered to my house by 2pm on Friday!! It helps that I'm just down the interstate, in Austin.

One more thing..... Sewell hangs their hat on their customer service. Exhibit A: Carl Sewell's book "Customers for Life" talks about making impressions and retaining customers. I got a free copy with the purchase of my car from them. If something is wrong, definitely speak up and they will take care of you.

I have ordered two things from Sewell and the experience has been great. They don't respond to questions that quickly (perhaps they are overwhelmed) but they eventually do and they added my CL Code to my account after it was created - at my request. I think it's a very smart dealer, selling parts to everyone and offering great prices based on the quantity they sell. Lexus of Miami does the same thing but through E-bay and competes with Sewell (although Sewell's prices seem like the best around). My dealer has matched Sewell when I wanted them to install something - but probably with too much negotiating. I recommend Sewell and will continue to buy from them. LED's next!

they're good if you don't mess up your orders. 2 weeks ago I ordered something and realized after i checked out I forgot to add some clips. Tried to email them to see if they can add it and I even placed another order for the clips and told them if they can combine them it'd be great. But of course no replies to any of my emails and a day later I got an email both of my orders were shipped out.

My fault for messing up so it's not too big of a deal that I had to pay shipping twice. BUT I received my order in the same box so I obviously got overcharged on shipping.

just my 2 cents

+1 on this. But when they do get around to reading emails they will do everything they can to make something right. Case and point, when I bought my F-Sport intake they forgot to include the hardware kit for installation. I emailed them on a Monday and they didn't respond until Friday at about 4:30PM. They sent the kit and it arrived on my doorstep at 9AM Saturday morning at their expense, I was very impressed even though it took them awhile to respond to the email.
