So, you had the bodyshop install the ING kit correct? and they cut the exhaust holes bigger for proper fitament correct? They should have told you that your bumper would need that kind of modification, but prob not much you can do about it now. I thought for a minute you might of had the GFX kit intalled 1st since the holes were cut. ^ like stated above, the GFX kit instructions say the holes need to be cut but some have done it without.
