I have 2 doubts

1 )How did you get this ? Apart from turning off your air con/ heater , music system/ lights and driving at 40 Mph.

2 ) And how did you get your display to read MPG ? Mine only reads as 1 / 100 Km(M). I want it to read as KPL ( Kilometers per Liter ). Is it possible to change it on mine ?

Seriously dude , you're the one who is a Moron with all the wrong facts. I'm sorry everyone is entitled to their own opinions but you can't seriously tell us that the computed average is way off than the real average and that too by 11 MPG !!!. Something is really wrong with your car or your calculations. So sorry again no offense meant.
Yah mine hasn't been that off, either. Double check your calculation see if it's wrong or get your car checked

Will the dealer charge me for changing this unit of measurement ?

Probably, but its such a small thing, if you know a service adviser or have a good history with the dealership, i don't see why they wouldn't just do it as a favor to you if you asked kindly.

I just got my car back today and my Service advisor said that it can't be done . So I guess I'll just have to divide by 100 each time for the gas mileage.

It's unlikely they would but you can go ahead and ask them. For me, they just did it at no charge since the vehicle for service for maintenance.

^This. IS350. I don't trust the computer calculations of mpg and it hurts my brain to do it manually. But my car never shows past 18mpg.

I just check how far I can go with a full tank. So far its never gotten past 250 miles, with 90% city driving, with a mixture of grandma and fast driving.

Sounds like they didn't properly check. Show them the screenshot of Techstream, it's there. Also have the Lexus car features book which also verifies this can be chanced.
