I know this is an old post and I have the same debate whether which one is nicer. I have 2008 IS 350 that came with OEM spoiler and I think it look better than the ISF or F-Sport (which is the same as the ISF). Both look nice but for some reason the OEM flow with the body lines for. The side view of the IFS look awkward due to the facts that the spoiler just sit right above the trunk vs the OEM where it stick out a little perfectly in a slope. The rear view of the OEM look nicer also because the spoiler is set right in the middle of the trunk so when looking at dead center, you can see the rear end flow beautifully as one continuous line (look like most 3 piece spoiler) vs the ISF you'll see that the rear spoiler sit right on top of the trunk and the two sides rear quarter panels. For some reason, the ISF remind me of my 93 Supra rear end which look like a duck tail.

IMO the OEM one is a lot nicer just because it is easier to see and notice. It isn't too flashy, but does make the rear of the car look much much nicer than if it didn't have a spoiler or if it had the IS-F one.
