Default Unknown blue....lights on gage cluster?

So I have looked on the internet and even asked the dealer but I can't find anyone who knows what these are for:

They appear to be blue LED lights but I have never seen them light up. Any ideas?

Did you buy your car brand new? Does it have an aftermarket alarm system? They look kinda like the blue LED alarm bulb that I have with my Viper alarm in my Supra

2010 Lexus I purchased used and it has about every option known to man so an after market alarm is no surprise. I did not get any kind of alarm key fob in the transaction. How can I locate the alarm and do you think it is possible to get a new key fob for it?

Thanks!

Take the car to a local audio shop - most of them install aftermarket alarms in addition to sound systems. They could determine the brand/model and probably order and program a new key fob.

if you didnt get any fob with the car then I bet that they uninstalled it and just left the LED's there so there wouldnt be holes.

lol that offers no deterrent for thieves. its an interesting spot though.

best bet would be to either remove them and deal with the holes or maybe add some dummy putty and paint it silver.
