Default Where exactly is the fuse panel 07 IS250

I am looking for the fuse panel for my console cigarette lighter. I know it says kick panel by driver. Is it under the dash, below the steering wheel or it is somewhere on the floor?

Thanks and sorry for being a dummy.

Hi, need some major electrical help. Replaced battery and starter on ls 400 and it still won't crank or turn, but now, there is no power to the ignition, dash, mirror, turn signal, radio, seats, etc. The dome light and hazard do turn on. I've tested the "Main/ALT 120 fuse" and it seems to be ok. However, there seems to be limited power to the car. At the moment, I need to know what to do and/or where is the "fuse" that would get electricity to the driver's side/foot fuse box. Thank you in advance.

The power outlets (cigar and aux) are 10 and 11 on the PASS Side Instrument Panel below the Glove box. 15A.

What year car do you have? It should be in the manual. There is one more fuse box in the engine compartment that has a fuse labeled HORN.

There are 2 fuse boxes. I assume it's in the other one you didn't take picture of.
