Closing this since numerous moderators have already warned to keep on topic and mature.
OP: looks like a few members did give some good info regarding their personal experience with the 250 + manual drivetrain (ie- feel/throws, etc)
Also, like others said, you may have to do a special order. Nonetheless, good luck on your car searching and congrats on whatever you purchase (regardless of whether its a lexus)
