i've been actually working on this for a couple of weeks since no one wants to buy my grille!
fyi, the oem lower grille is too small to fit in the blitz grille... might need to cut two of them and glue them together or look for generic honeycomb sheets

I think a honeycomb sheet would be your best bet. IMO, it looks better when the top grille has a smaller mesh. Be careful bending the hooks on your Blitz grille too, I was worried they would snap off (like when you bend a paperclip back and forth).
