steering wheel airbag cover

Hey guys,
anyone know if the steering wheel airbag cover is sold separately without the airbag, or does it include the airbag?

Lexus only sells the entire assembly.

Not sure about anyone else.

I'm sure they're just like BMW airbags...they come from the manufacturer with the bag and the cover as one piece. I handled BMW components at the Greer, SC plant for a year. I'm 99% positive you cannot just purchase the cover. IF you can narrow down whom Lexus got the airbags and covers from though, maybe you could get something.
