Few doubts with the MID
Hi guys , here are my few doubts with respect to MID below
1 ) Is it possible to change the way Average fuel consumption is expressed ? For e.g as shown in the picture my MID displays the fuel economy in L/100Km but I would like to see my average fuel consumption in Km/Litre. Yes it is easier to calculate with a calculator but since I am so used to Km/Litre reading , it'd be more convenient for me if the MID displayed it in Km/Litre.
In BMW's it's very easy and there is an option to change the way these information's are displayed like Miles/gallon , G/100 miles etc. Just wanted to know if we have the same option on our Lexus IS as well, if yes ,how do we change it ?
2 ) Similarly even the temperature reads as degree Celsius. Is it possible to change it to Fahrenheit reading ? And the max my car can read is 50 degree Celsius, while our temperature here goes above 50 easily , can I make the MID display more than 50 degree Celsius ? If so, how can i do this ?
Your inputs will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
