But if you loos at every IS rim it sports the same coherence with the vehicle. Basically a smooth curvature or arch on the spoke complimented with one defining lines. Kind of like the body of the car with the line that runs snug under the door and one at the side skirt. Not all aftermarket wheels are incompatible but i feel for the most part they dont match up well with the is and exude more of a racer image which i can tell you my is250 is no racer by any means. Its barely a sports car if that. Thats just my opinion however. Im sure 85% of this form would disagree with me.

Of course that gap looks hideous its crazy high but given my past dropping cars its a detail i can overlook for the sake of maintaining my ride comfort. Also comes in handy when i slap on that Snow mode. Last year we were hit with about 3-4 feet of snow and the two inches i sacrificed to drop my car made a world of a difference in my ability to drive it in the snow and get in and out of spots. My transmission even took a hit for it which is what led me to sell the car. Il look into the Fsport springs. thanks.

Drop it with Eibach, it's literally 1" in front and .8" in rear you can't notice it much.

tein h tech springs, tein stech springs, or fsport springs will not really effect your ride quality and its a mild drop, i live in chicago and rode through a whole winter with tein stech springs which drop lower than fsports and the ride quality was so close to stock that i barely noticed a difference, never had a problem with snow either, and they work great with stock shocks

now im on coils with half a finger gap in the front and 1 finger gap in the rear, we'll see how this winter goes =P

i have an Element 411 spoiler for sale if your interested, since i see that you didnt do one yet... it is off my SGM that went to car heaven, RIP... i can send you some pics for inspiration since my car was almost completely blacked out, but like you said earlier in the post, you need to keep the window trim chrome for some contrast, but besides that, the rest looks sick blacked out

i left the lexus family and moved on to an audi, but i still miss her

Looks pretty good with the wheels and emblems, but I definitely agree that your should black the window trim out as well. As far as the drop does... To each his own.

I had Tein S for awhile its a perfect drop if you dont want it too low. I never had any problem with scrapping or anything like that. But like everyone else said.. those fender gaps are nasty

the F-Sport lowering spring did a massive improvement on the visual impact of my car, as for the ride quality, it is close enough to the stock one, just a bit stiffer. I just love it, it doesn't give a slam look but a 1.5 finger gap was what I was looking for and I never experienced problems about rubbing so far.

That describes it well. The F-sport springs are a great way to solve the gap problem without inducing new ride control issues. Mine rides just about the same as it was stock, but the appearance puts it in a whole new ballpark. A win-win product.
