Default HID kits from XenonDepot

After two years with my Volt kit, everything is still working great! So that lead me back to XenonDepot and I just ordered a few more kits for my other cars and a 6k kit for my fogs. If anyone needs a kit, talk to Steve. He has one of the best customer service I have experienced from any company! Any questions you have and he will respond just like that. Just wanted to let everyone know that if you need a kit, definitely check them out.

yup even though their D4S HID bulbs and their HID kits are super expensive, but they are definitely quality stuff and comes with a life time warranty. ! also, i believe their HID KIT is actually water proof! this is great because my hid fog light kits always die from raining. I havent' had a single issue with their product yet.

Ordered a kit a few days ago strictly on reviews like this, and Steves prompt and informative emails. Good to know there are still companies out their who actually care about the customer and take time to answer their questions in depth.

Thanks again Steve!

i can vouch for steve's customer service and their kits.

they're a little pricer than other companies, but not having to worry about the possessed steering wheel issue from HID kits because xenondepot uses a EMI filter helps me sleep easier.

their relays are some heavy duty stuff. waterproof and 2 separate relays for each ballast.

u guys are lucky!!! I have an issue with my volt kit where my fogs dont turn on after my car starts. Tried a relay kit and still nothing.

THe last thing i have left to check is my battery but i highly doubt that.

yup same here.
My volt kit/fogs doesn't start up with the car.
I'll have to manually flip the switch, even though my lights are on auto..

I second on Steve's and Xenon Depot customer service!!! Really rare to find companies that have this type of superior customer service!!! So far I bought 4 Xtreme HID kits, and the Putco interior kits for my IS350, TSX, and Odyssey! Love everything! Pricy but product speaks for it self!!! Top quality all the way!! Thanks Steve!!!

Hey Guys,

Thanks for the support guys! It's definitely my pleasure to be a part of this community. I can't believe that this coming September (tomorrow) will be 7 years since we first became a supporting vendor on ClubLexus =)

langjaykev & Bigrahizzl: For both lights not to be igniting it sounds like they are not getting enough power at start up.

I agree that XenonDepot is the best place to buy an aftermarket HID kit. I'm on my second kit for my 2006 IS250, and very satisfied. In the buyer beware world of internet commerce, its best to buy from a seller with a good reputation built on quality and customer service. Even if it means shelling out a few extra dollars, it may help you save alot of headaches later on.

First kit was an early model phillips kit w/o waterproofing so it had its limitations on durability. But my new kit from XD is top notch - the ballasts, ignitors, and connectors are waterproofed. The relay harnesses are protected on the outside with a thick layer of braided rope, this is a first among aftermarket HID kits that I have seen, and I couldn't find any other sellers out there with these armored relay harnesses.

I recently had some issues with a bulb and Mike was very helpful over the phone and helped me get everything fixed. Very satisfied customer, and will definitely buy from XD again.

Thanks for taking the time to post some feedback about the XenonDepot HID Kits! I am

mong -My pleasure buddy. Glad you're enjoying your 3000k Volt HID Kit =)

HoustonIS - You nailed it right on the head in terms of "buyer beware in the world of internet commerce!" It's very easy for vendors to advertise warranties. Following through and taking care of their customers is a completely different story though... There are a ton of threads on this board about this exact situation...
