What did you replace your cabin air filter with?
Ooops i meant the title to read "replace" not race, stupid ipad. Mods please fix.
I see many places with many different prices and brands, as far as I was concerned I thought if the filter was carbon activated it should be more expensive, however I am seeing some w/carbon for like $12....
So I want people to chime in and tell me if this price is a scam and how much I should be looking to pay for one, also your recommended and models are WELCOME.

I used the cheap ~$12 ones with charcoal and they seem to be the real deal. I can't imagine activated charcoal is even expensive anyways so I am comfortable with the cheap price.

Fram FreshBreeze with baking soda vs oem & others with activated charcoal - I feel like charcoal would win but who knows. Either way I highly doubt the small amount of either baking soda or charcoal lasts a year or more.
Someone should mod their filters with more carbon & add an ionizer. That would be nice and fresh
EDIT: to OP go OEM if you must but I suggest not overpaying for the (low-tech) cabin air filter.

I raced it with the oil filter. The oil filter being round and all won by a mile! Wasn't even close...
Ok, I just ordered the replacements off of Sewell. Bundled it with some other service goodies to offset the shipping cost.
