Alignment Gurus please chime in
So, after taking the car to the dealer for the 3rd time because it was still pulling right after an alignment (and new tires)
they said/did:
"PERFORMED FRAME SHIFT AND REALIGNED/STILL PULLING RIGHT. ROAD FORCED TIRES FOUND TIRES OUR OF BALANCE, BUT LOW ROAD FORCE. SWAPPED TIRES FROM RIGHT TO LEFT TO INCREASE ROAD FORCE TO LEFT AND RETEST DRIVE. STILL HAS DRIFT TO RIGHT. SWAPED TIRED WITH A KNOWN GOOD TIRE FROM A LOT CAR AND FOUND STILL DRIFTED RIGHT. AFTER TEST DRIVE FEELING BRAKE PULSATION. FOUND RIGHT FRONT BRAKE CALIPER GUIDE PIN FROZED. UNSEIZED CALIPER SLIDE AND LUBED AND STILL PULLED. INSTALLED TEST TIRES FROM LOANER VEHICLE AND VEHICLE NOW TRACKS STRAIGHT. OWNER NEEDS TO HAVE FRONT TIRES REPLACES TO CORRECT PULL/DRIFT.”
To me they contradicted their diagnosis... am i wrong?
