Wald rear spoiler DYI request
Hey guys, i tried searching for any topics of anyone starting a thread on how to install the wald spoiler. im going to attempt to do it myself this week and just wanted if there is anything i should look lout for.
quick question:
do i go from the inner truck and pop out the oem lexus logo? do i use that same logo on the wald. or does wald come with another logo for me. if so or not how do i mount that logo back on?

We are on same boat.i will do install spoiler next week by myself too.i dont know if you know how to do it but i will recomMent you what you need for install.i already buy
1. 3m double side tape(home depot)
2. Beta link k1( you can buy it from bmw dealer)
You only used betalink k1 when you dont think about remove the wald spoiler later on.keep in mind because the glue really hard to remove.
3.4 big clamp ( from homedepot...i just used and then gonna return it).
Im gonna use 2 clamps each side when i bond the wald spoiler to the trunk 3m tape and betalink1 in hot sun.
And abou the logo.i leave my car in hot sun around 1pm or 2. And just used you hand to hold and pull the loo slowly.it just 3m double side tape too..just take your time and pull slowly.then the logo gonna come off.then i clean i up and cu 2 lil pieces each side and sand i down and i just used 3m double side tape to stick it back to wald spoiler.thats all for now.hope it help you.

It's a pretty easy install. Just use 3m double sided tape and stick it on. As for the logo, you can easily take out the emblem by using some dental floss or some kind of plastic chisel to take it out, then just apply adhesive to the emblem and stick it to your new spoiler.
