I'm having a hard time finding a shop that will paint the interior trim like this from earlier in the thread:

Most shops are declining the request. I'm contacting them through email and linking to the picture above for reference of what I'd like done.
A few suggested vinyl wrap.
Only one has said they would do it, and I haven't heard back yet how many hours they estimate the labor.

if you ever want to sell your car, you can just take off the vinyl. I wrapped the interior myself and if you do decide to opt for a wrap instead of painting, it is probably something you'd want to do yourself.
a shop might not be as detailed as you'd want when you have them do it

totally agree with this. it is fairly easy to remove all the trim pieces yourself and it is, in my opinion, a better alternative to painting the pieces.
if you ever want to sell your car, you can just take off the vinyl. I wrapped the interior myself and if you do decide to opt for a wrap instead of painting, it is probably something you'd want to do yourself.

From the first link, going to page 11, this below looks pretty good. I'd just have to see how it felt.
