i just ordered gfx sides and rear in Tungsten Pearl Silver for my 2011 IS250. they were $65.00 each and with UPS Ground shipping my total was $143.00. Just thought i'd share bcuz i think their price was greatttttt.

I did the same thing last month. ordered it for $65 + 17 shipping i think?. A week went by, no shipment. called, couldn't get them on the phone. Finally sent them an email, they responded just by saying the order is cancelled. Called em up again, finally someone answered. They told me the GFX is no longer manufactured and the web page hadn't been updated yet with that. I asked why it took them over a week to tell me that, they had no answer. To add insult to injury, they charged my credit card for the amount the day after!!! I called and they said the charge would come off in the next 3 days. You know what..i never checked..so i'm gonna go check right now..thanks for reminding me

I don't know why they still say its in stock when it's not. Seems really deceptive and a waste of people's time. The fact that the person told me Lexus doesn't make them anymore means they don't even keep parts in stock, they just drop ship or resell parts from other places.

I checked my bank account tho, i don't see the charge anymore so i guess it was reversed. Good. lol it was a complete waste of time tho. I'm gonna shoot them an email and ask why its on the site still when they told me straight up it was a mistake and they don't have it.

actually i had a good experience with lexuspartsnow. I ordered my fogs for my conversion thru them and it was almost half the price the dealership wanted. Fast shipping and brand new parts. Thumbs up

I only ordered from them cuz they had mostly good reviews too. I'm sure they have some parts they can get and ship them without any issues. But when it comes to the GFX kit, i got the run around for a part that was never in stock in the first place. OP you can call and ask if they have it in stock before cancelling. Altho if they do have it in stock they will be getting a call from me They told me flat out GFX was out of stock and discontinued (which it is).

i just checked out Sewell's GFX parts, they only carry sides and rear but no front lip. do you guys think the car looks weird with only side and rear add-ons and not the front?
