Tom's sides questions.

Does it really need a stock sides to fit? Can't I just install it without it?

Does the stock sides have to be painted in some point?

Tip: never install tom's sides with GFX sides.

Thanks! I was almost going to regret buying stock sides.

After your installation, do you see annnnyyy part from the stock sides?

My GFX sides + Tom's sides combo is horrible!! Can't wait to get it fixed.

The weather stripping that comes with the Toms will eventually start to wear away and when the stripping get s a little loose, you can see the stock sides showing.

Oh ****, for some reason i took the stripping off.

Can you use some adhesive to glue it back on?

Rash Mar 14, 2011 08:53 PM

I don't have it with me.

I bought some brand new stock sides, and they're black. I think it wont be a big deal having the black rubber strip. :P

Also, here's something I always care about, I made the sides black for an OEM look.
