Wish to get some Welcomes here, New Comer...
Hi, Everyone....This is Ken here from China (Guangzhou city, we just had the 2010 Asian Game here)
I am Really gald to find this place and can be shared the wonderful experiance of Owning a Lexus IS...
I am a huge fan for lexus and i owned a Lexus 2009 IS300(GSE22), IS300 if you all know is using the old 3GR-FE engine and it only supply to China and Mid-East Market. however, from 2011, deals finally bring in 4GR-FSE IS250 with direct injections...anyone here wish to know about the pricing for our IS250, it would be convert to US dollar in 69,800, that would be even higher than the ISF selling in the US, and ISF is only coming this year lately with price tag US dollar 153,846(that is One big million of our money)
moreover, we have our own Chinese Version Lexus Club in China here, whoever can read Chinese, please feel free to log on to it...your will somehow get more information on our IS...http://www.xcar.com.cn/bbs/forumdisplay.php?fid=189

It is a old 3GR-FE without D4 direct injection,the engin perform at 231HP/6000rpm,and 300Nm/4400rpm..for 0-100km, best result using drift box tested in 6.9s(while in usual will be 7.2s something around that)...it equied with 6AT(sucks)...
the version i choosen would be the so called the "luxry" with nav system by Denso..M.L audio, 6disc DVD, front heated seat..and a sun roof...
however, one of the reason that lexus become hot seller in China i think would be lead to the servicing policy, we enjoy 4year/10Km free service and warranty, service inculding oil engin, filter, break disc and pads, wipers,basically everything expect tires...
how it works over the US???

Nice car man, I don't think I could afford a Lexus over there, price seems very high.
Thats a great service you guys have over there 4 yrs no maintence cost
Over here in the states, it's just 4yrs -50miles bumber to bumper, oil change, brakes etc all separate cost
