The passenger seat needs to be recalibrated or there is something under the seat. Also the seat belt buzzer gets deactivated on some cars during pedal recall flash. Dealer can go into settings with techstream to reactive the buzzer if you really want it.
for the last 2 days, the "red passenger icon without seat belt indicator" has been lit up on my dash with or without any actual passengers in the car 
I've also noticed that the seat belt warning no longer goes off if the car is in motion without wearing seat belts.
Has anyone encountered this? I personally don't mind losing that annoying seat belt warning, but i'm concerned that the deployment of the airbags have been compromised.
