I can't see this as being real. It would open up a huge can of worms with the customer. The idea is to provide an easy-going and non-confrontational experience for them, not pick on them and punish them. If they are that paranoid with who's driving their cars, they should just send everyone over to Hertz.

dealer say it only when u START car,,identify driver for SPEED camera,,RED lite camera

Is that a RHD? So not in the states? What country?
If they had those loaners with cameras for me to take, id say NO THANKS! Unless you put a camera in my car while your tech works on it, haha!

Probably alerts someone if there is no light coming into it.

wow, pretty wild. they have a camera in the loaner is350 to record you for red light tickets. theyre playin it extra safe....
