Smile Pick a color! I need some input...

Hello everyone! I need some help with picking the color for my 2010 is250... I Have a silver car now and I really love it. Based on the local available CPO cars... I think that I have narrowed it down to either Tungsten Pearl (silver), Starfire Pearl (white), or possibly Smoky Granite Mica (charcoal/gunmetalish). I would do Glacier Frost but they really aren't around anywhere I look in the right condition. I think they all look great when they are clean, but I also really want a color that is good at hiding dust, pollen, stone chips, and still looks good when it's not perfectly spotless. Any opinions or input is greatly appreciated!

Please vote between:

Tungsten Pearl
Starfire Pearl
Smoky Granite Mica

Thanks!!!

As a lover of dark colours, I have no choice but to wholeheartedly vote for smoky granite.

I wouldnt suggest SFP even though thats probably the sexiest color..mainly because dirt makes it look ugly unless you plan on cleaning your car often.

I own TP and i love it because i dont have to clean it as much as when i had my black and white car. but also because TP is a lighter color, dirt will still show up. so SGM is the way to go to really hide dirt.

I would get either Starfire or Smokey Granite Mica, not a fan of Silver cars. You can't go wrong with either one, are you buying new or used?

I know its a poll and all. But go for what we want. My last car was black and showed every single scratch/ swirl mark. And since I'm always at the car wash anyway I went with SFP. I mean come on its not a pickup truck. So I'm sure you will keep it clean no matter what. Bottom line is its up to you.

Want to hide dust and dirt, get a white car. Want a car that looks great when clean, get the SGM. I have always had white cars. Great for hiding dirt. Went the opposite direction and got a 2011 IS 250 in SGM. Looks awesome when it is first washed. The day after it is washed, you can see the dust and dirt collecting on the rear bumper and trunk area. Tough decision, but if you don't have time to keep your car clean, I would go for a lighter color.

if yur a dark colored fan, go with smoky granite mica... if yur a light colored fan, go with glacier frost mica, but because thass not one of yur options, go with starfire pearl. to me tho, smoky granite is very popular... glacier frost mica is very rare which is why i like it and also because im more of a light colored fan vs a dark colored fan... in ny, starfire pearl is the #1 most popular color.

the white one for sure.

i have the white one and its my favorite color of all of it. The starfire pearl is my favorite pearl white car.

2nd would be the smoky granite mica.

I'm not a huge fan of the silver.

I may be a little biased, but I think SFP is the sexiest color for the IS (USB would be a close second.)

Tungsten Pearl is good at hiding dirt, pollen, and rock chips.

Star Pearl is good at hiding rock chips, but you'll know when it's dirty.

If you want to avoid rock cips, don't choose a dark color. Rock will chip the paint leaving the white/gray primer showing.

SFP, 'cause pretty much any mod would look good with it, unlike TP we can only do limited things. & it's a sexy color

although, like others have said TP DOES hide dirt and scratches easily
