I only tried this because I needed to clean my passenger headlight after air got in and condensation that lead to oxidization. I tried to wet sand the inside that headlight and buff with PlasticX but it still looks a little foggy. I will get a new passenger headlight and replace the lens 4/5 difficulty 10/5 sweating.

I know I'm reviving an old thread but, has anyone had experience painting the housing a different colour than black? I was thinking of doing a mint green to match the colour scheme of silver and mint all around. I'm doing powder coated mint wheels as well.

Im curious about doing something with my 2is. Ive done this before with my sc300 and other cars but didnt want black housing cause my car is black and the all black look not done right makes the car look dated.
I want to just clear the amber corner. Anyone have photos of how the amber reflector piece looks inside? It can be removed right?
Also anyone take apart the headlight with wheat gun instead of the oven?
