Wheel offset question
Does a higher # offset bring the wheel out more for a more flush look or in more? For a example would a +40 offset be out more then say a +30 offset and by how much? Also anymore know the offset of stock 18" staggered wheels?

offset = how far the plane of the wheel's centerline is from the plane of the wheel's inside mounting face.
for example...
+30 = centerline is 30mm farther inside the mounting face
+40 = centerline is 40mm farther inside the mounting face
so assuming the same wheel diameter and width, a wheel with +30 offset would be 10mm farther out than that of a +40 offset.
(ergo , the greater the (positive) offset, the more sunken in the wheel barrel is.)
i don't know the offsets of the oem 2is 18's off the top of my head, but a search would help you find that answer.
