Headlight problem
For the past couple of weeks my passenger side headlight has been going off and on while driving. It is significantly dimmer than the driver side light. However both headlights have now gotten very dim and last week all the lights on my dash (radio, clock....) went out then my car wouldn't crank. So I took it to the dealership today and they are telling me that the computer that controls the headlights is going bad and needs to be replaced and will be over $3000.00.......Does that sound right to anyone else bc to me it sounds like a RIP OFF!
They can range from approx. $600(NON HID 06-10) - $1400(HID 06-10) - $3000(LED-HID '11)

I had the same issue a few months ago. Brought my car into the dealership and they said the bulb was just getting bad; "not enough power to generate light so it powers down and then back on". They just changed the bulb and it worked fine ever since! it should be under warranty too. Those phillips bulbs are expensive!
