I'm back!
Story: in 11/2009 I wrecked my SC300. Bought an SC400. Thought it had 150k miles, later discovered it has 270k+. Sold the SC400 and bought a 2003 G35 coupe. G35 got $2,500 in mechanical repairs in the 10 months I had it. Ditched it for a 2008 IS350.
First off let me say that I am SO glad to be back on the CL community. :D G35Driver is not as knowledgable and professional.
Picked her up with 40,066 miles on the odo under Longo's certified pre-owned program. She's Obsidian with black perforated leather, equipped with navigation/back-up camera, heated/ventilated front seats, AFS, rear decklid spoiler, and chrome wheels. Paid $33k OTD. A bit expensive, yes, but it has a CPO warranty, came with (most of, at least; X-Package, illuminated door sills, and tilt-down mirrors would have been nice) the features I wanted, and there's a short supply of CPO IS350s in SoCal and a high demand for them. Classic Microeconomics model. :D
First pictures! Crappy I know, but it's been raining pretty much non-stop and I took these on an iPhone. Real pics will come soon.

First mods will definitely be yellow fogs/layovers, LED interior and puddle lights, and suspension components. Yes, it's comfy, but I feel like I'm piloting a pillow down the 605. There's woodgrain on the center stack so I don't have the sport package, but due to the nature of the car I'm not sure if I'd be content with the factory sport set-up either.
Oh and btw I'm actually from NorCal, I'm only in SoCal for the holidays to visit my family. :D
