The exhaust shown on the white IS350 is the factory F-Sprt exhaust. Also, you will not have a problem with any exhaust, because the sides of this part do not come out any further then the stock part. So another words, if you are not hitting now, you will not hit with this part either. (Good question though!)

From personal experience Euroteck has amazing products and great customer service. Had some Cf products on my previous mercedes and the fitment 100%.

Glad to see you move to the Lexus side, cant wait to get back to modding. Cant wait for some CF parts for the 2IS.

^ People have fit diffusers from different cars. All you gotta do is get the measurements and do some modifications to the diffuser.

Finally a great quality diffuser for our cars.. I was always wondering why no one jumped on replacing that plastic under part with larger diffusers aside from Toms.. good job!

but idk. its amazing when its off, but after you put it on, you cant really appreciate all the carbon..

I agree in a way, its a shame its finished so nice under there, and most people wont get to see how nice it really is under the car...

I would love it if it wrapped up to the bumper like this (see pix).

As it looks right now, I think I can make one that looks like yours out of some sort of weather resistant wood, cover it with 3M DI-NOC Carbon Fiber and might look just as good.
