since were on the subject

im looking into getting the Luminics Titanium White 9005 Headlight bulb for the DRL. i dont want to go with the Vleds LED DRL kits cuz i dont want to loose function of the highbeam. does anyone have pics, or opinions about the quality of this bulb? does it still look as good as the LED DRLs. i heard something like even if you get a different color bulb, the color will still look the same because its only powering up at 30%, is this true?

or if theres any other options to making the DRLs look better, w/o the DRL kits can anyone make suggestions. thanks!

Here are my DRL pictures... took the first two a few minutes ago in the parking garage with the iphone (not best quality).

I thought it would look pretty good to get amber colored LEDs with a black car. I love how it looks, the first two pictures don't quite capture the color, but the 3rd picture shows it pretty well.

just an update on the vled drls: i just ordered mine and they discontinued the older bulbs and have some more powerful ones now so with this new setup with the the harness and relay you actually have to drill a whole in your headlight. Just call em up and they will explain everything, very helpful and the guy i talked to even owns a 2IS and is going to email me a video on how to install properly. Gave me a discount coupon as well for 15% off! Amazing service!
