Can you not measure the distance from lateral distance between the edge of your rim and the fender? I'm not a pro with spacers, but this would be my inclination?

turning radius? sounds like you're thinking too much. just go with what you feel

well the front wheels turn, so wouldn't that effect rubbing? i always hear i only rub when im turning so logically that means turning adds to the lateral distance from wheel to fender, and i dont want any rub.

get a heat gun. your rubbing will be against the wheel shrouds. You can push those in when they're heated up to reshape it, rub free.

dont get 25 mm, i just put ichiba 25mm on my 06 350 and they stick out pass the fender, i might go with either 20mm or maybe eve 15mm. i want to lower it first then see how far i can go.
