Default Problem with front tires.

OEM 06 350z: 18x8(offset32) in front 18x9(offset35) rear
Front 245/40/18
Rear 285/35/18

I have rubbing issue with front tire when making turn, tire slightly rub with fender well. Tires come with rims when I bought them. Car will be drop with FSport or Eibach pro kit so what best to fix the issue?
Some may ask why Nissan rims on a Lexus: I have to balance out the budget for other mods thats why I bought those rims. I really like them for better looking (IMO) and being light weight compare to our OEM. But that just for now til I could find the aftermarket rims that I like.

Wrong tire sizing is main reason for rubbing.

I dont have problem with rear tire, just front. Will the problem go away with 225/40/18 for front?

That's OEM/stock front sizing, so it will make a significant difference.

Maybe somebody can chime in with same offset as yours (32).

Yes, that size is what the car is made for.
