Too bad license plate lights don't turn on when you unlock your car with the key fob

for my last car, when i unlocked my car, the front and rear parking lights came on as well as the license plate lights

i wish the IS did the same.. including the bright LED puddle lights i have, the car would light up very nicely!

unfortunately only the puddle lights and interior lights up when i unlock the car with my key fob now

i guess there's no way to customize these things?

im pretty sure u can rewire it and connect it to the puddle light or the interior lights

Yeah, I'm sure there's a way to rewire it, but I suspect it would be a huge PITA.

haha that would be a nice thing to have eh

i wish the license plate led's were brighter tho, too bad i can't switch them out cuz it's an assembly
