once your car is cleaned, clayed, polished, waxed (carnauba), the sparkles pop out really well

This is true. I used 22PLE Pro Glass coating after my polish and then just maintain it with wax. The coating itself is a scratch resistant layer on top of the clear coat that provides me with 2 years of protection. It gives the car a hard candy gloss look. I top it off with wax for that warm look.

Personally, I don't have the time and patience for any nanocoating/sealants, etc.
I do however do a full thorough detail every spring that consists of deep degreasing, dawn wash, clay, one-step polishing, and finally 2-layers of Collinite 845 (24 hrs apart)
If I'm not lazy I may put a third layer of pure carnauba wax after another 24 hrs
The 845 offers great protection and durability, while the carnauba really makes the sparkles pop but had short durability
I usually rinse weekly and touchup with some spray wax

Really? Most sealants need to cure for about 20-45 minutes depending on product before you wipe it off. 22PLE is needs about 3-5 minutes per panel. Took me about 1-1-1/2. Collinite is a great product, but for the same amount of time and less coating you can have more durability. Just saying.

I've used OptiCoat 2.0 before and IMO need to be really cautious on amount of product used, getting on trim, and most importantly prep-work
I find 845 super easy to use, I can rush it and still end up with good result since it doesn't stain trim and doesn't become PITA to buff when applied too much
I apply it with polisher on big areas so it's super fast to do
Also I like to re-wax every month or before a meet, etc.
Not to mention it's TP..................super easy maintenance

It was this or Opti-coat. I went this route because Zach did a couple reviews with 22PLE and they turned out great.
