i changed the extended studs, if i want to take out the spacers do i have to change back to the oem studs, or i can keep them on the car for good?

It depends on how long the studs are and what kind of lug nuts you are using. If you use a significantly longer stud, the OEM lug nuts won't be able to handle the increased length and you'd have to use an open-ended lug nut to keep from swapping the studs out again.
