i have a volt kit on my fog lights, the connection from the factory wiring harness(that normally plugs straight into the stock bulb) to the ballast power doesn't actually "click" together(on my kit anyway), i wrapped that connection in electrical tapeto keep them from separating.
that might be your issue. hope that helps

+1 on the ddmtuning. but gotta go with matching lows and fogs. i use to have yellow fogs, based on recommendation and what i have seen on too many hondas/acuras. i went with matching. provided a luxury feel.

Hey Guys,
The connection between the ballast and factory wiring will definitely click in. When installing an HID kit on your vehicle you may need to reverse the polarity on the connector that plugs into your OEM headlamp/fog lamp wiring. You cannot just flip the connector around otherwise it will not lock in. I can email you pictures on how to do this. Please email me at info@xenondepot.com and I will get the pictures out to you ASAP.

Hi,
The highest color temperature that we have available is 8000k. When it comes to color temperature, the higher you go in terms of color temperature the more color you obtain however the less actual useable light output you emit. I would personally not go with anything above 6000k for the best compromise between color and light output.
The iS uses an H11 bulb for the low beams and a 9006 bulb for the fog lights meaning that you would need to get an h11 HID kit for the lows and an 9006 HID kit for the fogs.
Please view our website for more information about the HID conversion kits that we offer.
Feel free to send me a PM or email for more information.

Got it all fixed. The connector was loose. I did the same and wrapped it up with electrical tape..all good now! I don't think mine clicked it, I didnt hear anything. I had to reverse the polarity to get it working.
I'm glad I got the 3K lows. I only have 5K lows but I could immediately tell the lumens lost vs 4300K. I was tempted to go 4300k but with the 3K fogs, the visibility is fine..! I drove a couple of days ago at night on wet pavement and fog and wow..3k fogs all the way!
