2011 LEXUS IS facelift
the front bumper will take some getting used to since it's such a drastic change, but overall i'm liking it. i want that USB F-sport!
The wheels on the F-sport package look pretty sweet, so do the fog housing and the clear turn signals. and i want those LED DRLs!!
although it'd be even better if the LEDs were bright white.

This face lift is all show and no go. Sure AWD might be useful to those that have to deal with snow but everything else is just fluff. Of course as a current owner of a 350 I'm happy there weren't any major improvements.
New model year ISes generally reach dealers late Sept/Very start of October. Mine was the first 08 my dealer received for example (special ordered over the summer) and I took delivery October 4th... a few west coast guys had received their 08s a week or two prior to that.
I like the face lift and think freshening more often is a good trend for Lexus. Aesthetically, the front bumper looks a bit iffy but AWD for the IS350 seems like a no brainer with the GS350 already rolling with that drivetrain. LED DRLs might be derivative but they are hot right now and will catch attention and trumpet the mid-cycle changes.
Meh the more i look at it. Front bumper swap + headlights and tailights = 2011 IS. Might be a good option if you get into an accident. I Still love the 09-10 front better. but im biased
And sure enough...
The Lexus official product spec sheet reports the AWD 350 to be slower in both 0-60 and 1/4 mile (and top speed) compared to the RWD 350.
.2 slower in the 1/4, .1 slower 0-60, 131 top speed.
